Berenice Marlohe

Berenice Lim Marlohe is a French actor from France. She's best known as her character Bond villain Severine in Skyfall. Her television credits include Pere et Maire Femmes de loi, and Equipe medicale d'urgence. Her credits however do not reflect her appearance with Sophie Marceau in Un bonheur n'arrive alone. Also, she is the brand ambassador for Omega Watches. Berenice, of French Chinese descent and Cambodian origin, was born on 19 May 1979. She was born in Paris France. The father of her is Chinese as is her mother French. She is from a family of middle class that has both Chinese and Cambodian origins. The father of her was a physician as was her mother, a teacher. Her love for art while growing up at home in Paris and spent her entire time painting and playing piano. The passions she had for music and art have dominated and influenced both her goals and profession. Following a class with Jack Waltzer. She fell in love and acting became her new obsession. Over the ten years following she completed her studies in Paris Conservatory. As soon as she was leaving university, she began to audition for roles in films. Her debut film The Discordance (2007) came immediately soon after. Early in the career she was unable to secure the roles she needed to create the character she wanted to be. The actor has an enormous influence within the business. Most filmmakers and film companies she approached rejected her for inexperience.
